G3 Rental Cabinet
The dispenser and charger these units live in — 20 to 80 bays, offline session records.
The device most visitors actually keep on their head, because it asks nothing of their ear canal. It comes out of a cabinet bay already charged, plays the track the player or transmitter triggers, and goes back into the same slot to be charged and counted. Shell, contact geometry and volume default are all yours.

Nobody in a museum shop is evaluating frequency response. They are deciding whether the thing stays on, whether it feels clean, and whether it survives being pulled off over a coat collar forty times a day.
No fitting step at the counter. A hook goes on in one motion, left or right, and there is no size to argue about. On a coach party of 46 that is fifteen minutes of queue time removed, which is the difference between a site that offers guides and one that does not.
Cleanable, visibly. One smooth shell with no foam, no silicone tip and no grille you cannot reach. Wipe station plus a documented routine is what lets an operator say the fleet is clean and mean it.
Repaired, not replaced. Replaceable cell, replaceable hook, contacts that take a thousand seatings. The spare-part price in year four is on our quotation, because that is when a fleet purchase is actually judged.
Where we will steer you away from this model. A silent gallery, a conservation room or a guided group inside a cathedral needs in-ear or wired — an open-ear unit at high volume leaks sound onto the person next to you. Tell us the room types and we will quote the mix honestly, including the option where half the fleet is open-ear and half is in-ear.
Ask any supplier these three questions: what is the spare cell price and how long is it guaranteed, is the shell rated for alcohol-wipe cleaning, and what is the measured leakage at maximum volume at one metre. We answer with numbers and a test method, because a hire fleet lives or dies on all three.
Confirm against the datasheet we send with your quotation — radio variant and shell tooling change by revision.

Reports are supplied per hardware and radio revision rather than published on the page, because a receiver sold as a Bluetooth accessory and one sold as tour-radio equipment carry different scopes. Battery transport documentation accompanies every shipment. Hygiene is an operational claim, not a test claim: the shell is cleanable and we supply the wipe schedule; we do not claim a pathogen reduction figure without a report against a named standard.
Send quantity, the room types and whether the fleet pairs with a cabinet, a player or a guide transmitter. You get a per-unit price by quantity break, the accessory list, and a spares price sheet for year four.
